beautiful mountain setting where you
can
bring or build your own home, camper or tent, or you can rent a lodge,
cabin or
room. Our privately owned resort, located in the Pine Creek
Valley, Waterville, Pa. is open
year round for your pleasure! We boast 60 acres of sites built into
a mountainside. Here you will
find a spot to meet everyone's needs with each rental unit and campsite
having a unique setting. Our lodging sleeps anywhere from 4 to 21
people with 24 different places to chose from. We also have a
restaurant on location serving a full menu for breakfast, lunch and
dinner, and a pool for our guests only.

at Happy Acres Resort you
have found perfect place for your whole family to enjoy a peaceful
mountain setting and all of the beauty that the Pine Creek Valley has
to offer!!!
We
are surrounded by State Game Lands and across the street is
Little Pine State Park that has a 94 acre lake for swimming and
fishing, picnic areas,
volleyball, and miles of marked hiking trails. In the town of
Waterville, 4 miles south, you can access the Rails to Trails and
travel
for over 50
miles of scenic biking or hiking. Williamsport is only 25 miles
away and Wellsboro is 40 miles. The Big Pine Creek (4 miles
south) and the Little
Pine Creek (across the street!) are stocked trout fishing streams that
are easily accessible for canoing, tubing,
kayaking, swimming and fishing. There are ATV trails
on marked trails through the mountains nearby and in the winter you can
get on your
snowmobile
at the base of our campground and travel over 100 miles on snowmobile
trails. This area is known for its
abundant wildlife and is surrounded by State Game Lands giving hunters
and outdoor enthusiasts hundreds of acres to explore.
Happy Acres Resort offers
a variety of camping options from tent sites, partial and full hook-ups
to permanent sites, a lodge, cabins and room rentals. We have
an assortment of rentals that sleep from 4 to 21 people.
They have all been recently renovated and have new bedding, you bring
your
own linens or you can rent some from us. All of our cabins have
full kitchens and baths and there is a bathhouse
with coin-operated showers available. We have generators on site to
insure that you will have a
safe and comfortable stay with us and will always have water and hot
showers! We have a newly renovated playground, a brand new
laundry facility, and a swimming pool
that
is exclusively for our guests. We are a propane filling station
and offer TV to our sites and rental units. Happy Acres
Restaurant is open with a BYOB Family style restaurant, with banquet facilities, and a camp
store.
